The Fiftyfaces Podcast began as a passion project during the 2020 lockdown — a way to reveal the richness and diversity of the investment world by focusing on its people and their stories. What started as 58 interviews quickly became a movement: colleagues learned more about each other in a half-hour episode than in years of working together, long-lost connections were rekindled, and students and professionals alike found fresh inspiration.
Building on that foundation, we launched Fiftyfaces Productions to explore new professions, perspectives, and walks of life. Today, the Hub features:

Aoifinn Devitt is based in London and is Managing Director, Global Wealth at Moneta, US-based RIA with over $43 bn in AUM. She also acts as an independent investment adviser to 3 UK public pension funds and is a member of the Investment Committee of SAUL, the investment committee of MDRC, and the investment committee of the endowment of Trinity College Dublin. She was previously CIO at the $2.6 bn Chicago Policemen’s Pension Fund, a public defined benefit plan. She has worked with institutional investors for over 20 years, as a consultant and an advisor, and has developed global experience in the US, Europe, and Asia.
In 2020, she created The Fiftyfaces Podcast. She has a particular focus on knowledge sharing among institutional investors, alternative assets, investing for impact and, integrating sustainable investing principles into investment portfolios. In 2024 she launched the Markets Happy Hour podcast in order to bring her weekly macro market updates to a broader audience.
Ellie found her way into podcasting about years ago when Aoifinn brought her on board at FiftyFaces. Her background is in design and social media management, working with a range of businesses, mostly in Wales, where she lives with her dog. Since joining Fiftyfaces, she has loved being part of a platform that shares inspiring stories from people of all backgrounds and supports career growth and development through a wealth of insights.
